We work intensively with food producers from the immediate vicinity. We use their unique produce to create contemporary dishes and always consider where our ingredients come from and when they are in season.
Harry the chef learned his trade under Werner Matt and cooks home-made, traditional dishes just for you with fresh produce from the local area. Our meals are prepared fresh every day and delight our guests’ palates time and again! The dining experience is rounded off by selected local quality wines from our cellar — to suit every taste and every dish. Expect special treats on the menu this week too!
Restaurant opening hours:
Monday – Friday 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m., 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday 11:30 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sunday 11:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.

The AMA seal for the catering trade confirms the local origin of the farm produce we use for the food we serve. The seal obliges us to ensure that every meal is freshly cooked and uses fresh ingredients. This is regularly checked by independent inspectors.
